Job Summary: As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to various departments. Responsibilities:

  4. Mail and Package Management: Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries promptly to the appropriate recipients.
  5. Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as required.
  6. Employee Support: Assist employees with general administrative tasks, such as booking travel arrangements and managing office supplies.
  7. Visitor Coordination: Notify employees of visitor arrivals, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor badges when required.
